ACHIVE THE BEST PERFORMANCE
- User friendly
Operation:
In view
of providing comfortable working/walking space to the Operators to ensure
trouble free smooth operation & maintenance of the Plants, wide
space has been provided on the Platforms at each level.
- Safety &
Easy Accessibility:
In case
of multiple units of Gasifiers installed in a series, keeping in view
the safety and operational aspects, provision has been made for Stair
Case in both the ends of series of Gasifiers or in the middle of the
series of the Plants from both the sides.
In case
of an emergency, from safety point of view, provision for a Lift has
been made for easy and faster accessibility to the desired location
of the Plant.
- Safety of
Equipments:
In view
of protecting the equipment from the high temperature/direct heat, the
Grate Stool & Ring is being fabricated with special grade of Cast
Steel in lieu of Mild Steel to achieve long life of the Equipment.
- Maintenance
Free Smooth Operation of the Grate Rotating System:
In lieu
of Supporting Roller System, we are providing Ball Housing Thrust Bearing
System ensure maintenance free smooth operation of the Grate Rotating
System of Gasifier to achieve the following gains:
- The system prevents
frequent maintenance.
- Very minimal consumption
of Electricity.
- Equal distribution
of Ash discharging.
- Avoids Uneven Oxidation
Zone of the Gasifiers.
- Minimise load on
Power Pack Unit.
- Long Life Equipment.

- Prevention
of Steam Leakage from the Bottom Portion of Gasifier:
Proper
arrangement to avoid possibilities of Steam leakage between the top
and bottom of Grate Stool base.
- Un-interrupted
Coal Feeding Arrangement:
To
ensure continuous operation of the Plants during the preventive maintenance
of Shuttle Conveyor, Belt Conveyor or Vibrating Screen, arrangements
have been made for proper Coal Feeding system, in an emergency.
- Maintenance
Free Grate Stool Base:
To
avoid frequent maintenance proper arrangements have been made to protect
the Grate Stool Base from friction.

& Design:
Adopting
standard norms of Engineering, we strictly follow the norms having the
following standards:
Design
and Construction of Civil Foundation is done considering the Wind Pressure,
Seismic Factor (zone wise) and total weight of complete running plant.
